Meet Jim and Julie

Jim and Julie Chalupsky form a dynamic full service real estate team.  Both provide multiple talents & skills to their clients.  Jim and Julie believe in going above and beyond in every business aspect.

They have been recognized as Top Listing Agents, Top Sales Agents, Top Team and Top Producers within Century 21 Properties Plus, Inc.  They are also members of the Relocation Team which is a member of CARTUS - the world's largest Relocation Company and have earned the designations of CNAS, CNMS & CNRS. 

Julie, a native of Southern California with a background in Marketing, PR & Advertising has worked for the Walt Disney Company, DDB Needham, Pacific Life Insurance company handling relationship building and has served as the Director of Marketing for the second largest bridal salon in the country.

Jim, originally from Maryland, spent six years after college working as a Naval Officer.  Four years serving on ships in San Diego, CA with the last two years working at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD as an instructor in the Department of Leadership, Ethics and Law.

The two met each other while attending the University of Southern California.  Together they enjoy cooking, sports, traveling, boating, and spending time with friends and family.  Avid animal lovers, they spoil their two cats Middie and Vida and black lab Windsor.
